Important Notice of Changes in Submission System URL and Publication Platform for Surgical Case Reports

Effective October 1, 2024, the production company for Surgical Case Reports will change from Springer Nature to International Academic Publishing Co., Ltd.
Along with this shift, the following will also change:

• Submission System URL
• Article Publication Platform
• Publication Charge
• Submission Guidelines

Submission Schedule and Submission System
Until August 31, 2024
Manuscripts submitted before August 31 will be received through the Springer Nature’s submission system, which is currently in operation. Only manuscripts received by August 31 and those currently under revision will be reviewed via Springer Nature's submission system until the final decision is made. These manuscripts will be published on Springer Openif accepted.

September 1 to 30, 2024
New manuscript submissions will NOT be received from September 1 to 30 due to maintenance. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

From October 1, 2024
Submissions of manuscripts will be received through the new submission system of Editorial Manager. The URL for the new system will be announced on the index page of Surgical Case Reports in late September.

Publication Platform
Published articles, as well as those submitted before August 31, 2024 and accepted, will continue to be available on Springer Open.
Manuscripts submitted on or after October 1, 2024 will be published on J-STAGEfrom December onwards. The J-STAGE URL for Surgical Case Reports will be announced on the index page of Surgical Case Reports later.
